Waikiki Paddle Festival
Calling all paddleboarders, stand-up paddlers, 1- 2- and 6-man outriggers, & surfski paddlers: The Quiksilver Waterman Collection Waikiki Paddle Festival has been announced for May 5&6 at Duke Kahanamoku Beach, Fort DeRussy, Waikiki, with $25,000 in prize money.
The pinnacle of the festival is the “SURVIVOR SUP” race with a course designed by world champion paddler Jamie Mitchell. Survivor SUP will be a WPA-sanctioned qualifier for the 2012 WPA National SUP Championship. For the all-around waterman there is also the “QUIKSILVER WATERMAN CHALLENGE” that will include the three disciplines of swim, paddleboard & SUP. Other events of the weekend include a downwind race for all craft, as well as sprint races.
We welcome weekend warriors & pro paddlers alike with a variety of divisions/distances for each.

Entry fees start at $75, ($50 for military). Package rates for those entering more than one division.
